1. 当サイトでの個人情報取り扱いについて

上記(2)の外部委託時の個人情報の預託、および法令に基づく行政機関への個人情報の提出以外の目的で、皆様の個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
2. ご利用者個人データ委託先の監督責任について
(1) 適切な委託先の選定
当社は当サイトの構築先として「社内報アプリ」(以下「当SaaS」)を選定し、その運営会社・ウィズワークス社に個人データを委託するに当たり、セキュリティチェックシートやサービス仕様書の精査を通じて、ISO27001認証取得・維持状況および、適切かつ合理的な安全管理措置の整備状況について確認しております。
(2) 適切な契約の締結
当社は個人データ委託先と適切な秘密保持契約書を締結し、当SaaSの利用規約内に、当社として必要とする規定を認めた上で同意しております。
(3) 委託先における個人データの取扱状況の把握
当社は委託先が適切に個人データを取り扱っていることを把握・確認しています。
3. 掲載情報の取り扱いに関する注意事項
- 当サイトの掲載情報は、社員の個人情報や社内情報を含むため、すべて【社外秘】です。スクリーンショット保存、無断転載、SNS投稿など、社外への漏洩は厳禁とします。掲載情報の取り扱いには、十分ご注意ください。
- 記事に個人情報を掲載する際は、N＋編集部は情報主体である当人の掲載許諾を取得します。
- もしも記事に掲載された個人情報の削除や修正を当人が希望する場合は、N+編集部にご連絡いただければ対処します。

2. Responsibility for supervision of contractors to whom users' personal data is entrusted
(1) Selection of appropriate contractors
In selecting the "In-House Bulletin Application" (hereafter referred to as "this SaaS") as a vendor to build this website and in entrusting personal data to its operator, Withworks, we will check the status of ISO27001 certification acquisition and maintenance, and appropriate and reasonable safety management measures through a careful examination of the security checklist and service specifications.
(2) Execution of appropriate contracts
utsourcing partners, and acknowledge and agree to the provisions required by us in our SaaS Terms of Use.
(3) Monitoring of handling of personal data at contractors
We understand and confirm that our contractors handle personal data appropriately.
3. Precautions regarding the handling of posted information
- All information posted on this site is [ confidential outside information ] because it contains personal information of employees and internal information. Leakage of information outside the company, such as saving screenshots, reprinting without permission, or posting on SNS, is strictly prohibited. Please handle the published information with care.
- When publishing personal information in an article, the editorial staff will obtain permission from the person who is the subject of the information to publish it.
